You can lure mobs for AOE attacks or choose PvP and block enemy attacks with the perfectly timed skill combo. You'll find yourself cleaning up the city from all manner of hooligans, bandits, gangsters, and junkies initially, but soon evolve to more demented monsters like cyclops, vampires, humanoid mech hybrids and more. The institutes were created to hone their students' newfound abilities so they can fight the unwelcome cross dimensional travelers.
The story originates with a meteor shower that infected humans with unusual abilities and opened a passage to a dark dimension. Veteran MMO players would probably find it a piece of cake to memorize the controls of the game. It is very easy to get used to them after playing the game for long periods of time. The controls of the game may be a little confusing at first as there are assigned skills and movements for each button. Its urban school setting also makes it unique from other fantasy MMOs that usually follow a medieval theme. The game is mostly blanketed over by a dull atmosphere, but it is why the bursts of colors from performing magic stands out brilliantly. One of the things you will enjoy here is customizing your character by making it wear stylish combat clothes and weapons. This also comes with the major improvements you have most likely done on your character at this point of the game. The outburst of light that floods your screen after your character does a power move is visually stunning. The graphics of the game does not fall short of being impressive, but you will truly get to enjoy its visuals once you are able to perform powerful spells. Also, forming strong clans will give you rights to claim areas, make territories, and implement tax rates which can be collected for your club’s own profit.
Another option is to join clubs and form clans to complete quests as a group. The point of choosing and joining a school is so you can compete with students that belonging to the other 2 rival universities. Beating them up, however, can be repetitive and might bore you fast but there is no need to worry about that. They are pretty easy to beat and are good practice dummies for you until you improve and level up. You will see hooligans and gangsters strolling around the campus.
